For several years, CPC Inox has paid particular attention to product packaging, considering it a strategic lever for reducing environmental impact throughout the value chain. This commitment led, beginning in 2023, to a structured review of packaging materials and solutions, developed through customer engagement and the evaluation of more circular technical alternatives.

The results achieved in 2024 confirmed the effectiveness of this approach: more than 5 tonnes less virgin plastic used annually (approximately 20% less compared to 2022), alongside a significant increase in recycled plastic content, rising from 20% to as much as 80% depending on the packaging type. The recognition received through the CONAI Eco Pack 2024 Award further highlighted the innovative nature of the initiative.

Podere Vito Cardinali has also continued to improve its packaging solutions through a circular economy approach, introducing bottles and cartons containing recycled materials and permanently eliminating plastic capsules in favor of paper seals, thereby reducing the environmental footprint of finished products.
